Prior to joining DesiRoot, she served as a Project Manager at FIS Global, where she led enterprise client implementations and process improvement initiatives. She also spent several years with Bank of America as a Treasury Implementation Advisor, managing high-value client portfolios, leading complex implementation projects, and consistently delivering exceptional client experiences.

Freddie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), providing her with a strong foundation in critical thinking, compassionate leadership, and evidence-based decision-making. Her clinical education, combined with her extensive operational and project management experience, allows her to approach challenges with both analytical precision and a people-first perspective—an asset in supporting healthcare professionals and mission-driven organizations.
